Gestern fanden in der Südstadt die Vereinsmeisterschaften statt. Ich ging für meinen Verein der SVS- Leichtathletik über 3000m an den Start.
Ziel dieses Rennen war es ein Gefühl fürs Tempo für den 5000er am kommenden Mittwoch in Koblenz zu bekommen.
Die Witterungsbedingungen waren leider nicht die besten und so regnete es den ganzen Tag ziemlich heftig und der Wind war auch nicht ohne. Aber gegen das Wetter nützt ja bekanntlich alles Jammern nichts und die Leichtathletik ist nun mal eine Freiluft Sportart..
Nach dem Startschuss war ich gleich in Führung und lief die erste Runde etwas motivert in 74 Sekunden an, es folgten dann einige 76 und 78 er Runden und zum Schluss wieder eine 74er Runde.
Ich fühlte mich während des Rennens super locker und hatte genau diesen angenehmen "Langstrecken Schritt" den ich hoffe auch am Mittwoch in Koblenz zu haben!
Ich gewann mein Rennen in 9.37 und ebenso gewannen die SVS-Mädls sowie die Burschen den Titel der Vereinsmeister 2013!!
Wie jedes Jahr war es schön und außergewöhnlich so richtig für das Team zu laufen! :)
Das weitere Wochenende verbringe ich ganz entspannt bei einem kleinen Ausritt und einem lockeren Auslaufen, ehe es am Montag noch einen Ruhetag gibt und am Dienstag auch schon nach Koblenz geht!!
Bin schon sehr aufgeregt und gespannt, was mich über die 12.5 Stadionrunden erwarten wird!
